Refunds with Gift Cards
1. Return procedure
To return an item, send an email to customer service at info@bromqvist.com within 14 days of receiving the goods, indicating your order number.
Securely place the item in its original packaging and include proof of purchase (a copy of the delivery note), then ship the return to the following address within 30 days of receiving the goods:

2. Return shipping costs
• You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
3. Condition of returned items
• All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
• We may refuse the return if the product does not meet these requirements.
4. Refund
• The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
• The amount will be credited to the account where we received the payment.
5. Refunds with Gift Cards
In case of a return of a product paid with a gift card, the return amount will not be refunded in cash, but will be credited in the form of a new gift card to be used for future purchases.
