Note: If you wish to replace a non-defective product, please follow the return procedure (see Return Policy) and then place a new order.

1. Procedure for replacing a defective product

If the received product has defects, you can request a replacement within 14 days of receiving the goods.

2. Defect Notification:

Send an email to info@bromqvist.com specifying:

  1. Your order number;
  2. The nature of the defect;
  3. Detailed photographs of the defective product.

3. Request Processing:

The request will be evaluated and processed within 10 days of receiving the notification.

4. Production of the New Item:

The production time for the replacement product varies between 2-5 days.

5. Shipping of the Replacement Product:

Delivery time to Switzerland: 5-7 days (excluding production time).
The costs for replacement and shipping of defective products are fully covered by us.

Note: If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, please indicate this in your request for us to evaluate.
