This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.

Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

1. Production

Our store operates on a Print on Demand model, meaning that each product is printed only after an order is placed. This allows us to reduce costs, waste and offer a greater variety of unique designs.

2. Production Times

Production takes 2-5 business days before shipping.

Production times may vary depending on order volume and the availability of raw materials.

3. Delivery Times and Costs

Destination: Switzerland.

Shipping location: EU - Latvia or Spain.

Delivery time: 5–7 business days (excluding production time).

Shipping cost: Free.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include:

  • The tracking number;
  • The carrier used;
  • A link to track the delivery status.

You can use this information to monitor your package’s journey until it is delivered. Shipping status updates are managed directly by the carrier.

5. Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it to the correct address, but the additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

6. Lost or Undelivered Package

If a package is lost or undelivered, you must notify us at info@bromqvist.com within 20 days of the estimated delivery date. We will take care of the investigation directly with the carrier. You will not need to contact the carrier; we will handle all necessary steps to resolve the issue. Depending on the outcome of the investigation, we may offer a replacement shipment or a refund.

7. Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

8. Shipping Delays

If a significant delay occurs, we will provide a new estimated delivery date. If the shipment does not arrive within the revised timeframe, you may contact us to explore alternative solutions, which could include a refund or a replacement shipment.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processes, or unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

9. Delivery Restrictions

We currently ship only to Switzerland due to legal reasons.
Additionally, we do not ship to military addresses or P.O. Boxes.
